This weekend we got all the Halloween decorations up! One of my favorites is the ghost that goes on our front door! Archie was so funny when he first saw it! It scared him lol!
Friday night we went out to eat Mexican with our friends Kirstin and Jim! It was great seeing them since it seems like it's been forever! We told them all about Disney as well as delivered Disney Starbucks You Are Here mugs to them! And Jim delivered the New York mug to me! I enjoyed coffee out of it Saturday morning after my long run!
Friday night during my walk with Archie my hubby told me to watch out. I did a little dance thinking he was talking about a snake...but it was a roach. I'm scared of roaches too! But the little dance I did to get away from it ended up making me land on my foot a little wrong. I could feel a twinge in the top of my left foot right afterwards. But I thought it was ok.
Saturday morning I woke up early for my 12 mile run. But...my foot was hurting. I decided to go ahead and run and hope for the best. I completed the run (and I'll tell you all about it on Wednesday) but the rest of the day my foot was hurting pretty badly. There was a little tiny bit of swelling but no redness or heat to the touch. I stayed off of it the rest of the day.
Sunday morning I woke up to it feeling so much better! And I didn't feel it at all while running! Yay! I'm so thankful!!! I was so worried I had done something bad to it...over a roach lol!
This weekend Cullen discovered Archie's crate! He laid in there so much this weekend lol!

Here are my goals from two weeks ago! Since we were in Disney last week I didn't do a Weekly Chase post.
- Goal #1: Run every day! Yes! The streak is still going strong! I even ran in Disney!
- Goal #2: Roll, stretch, and ice daily. 50%. I'm stretching but not rolling as much as I should be.
- Goal #3: Maintain my weight by logging my calories. Yes! I'm thankful that I didn't gain any weight in Disney!
- Goal #4: Move 11,000 steps or more each day this week. Yes!
- Goal #5: Run at least 1 run under 2 miles. Nope. This goal is so hard for me!
- Goal #6: Take at least one walk this week. Yes! Walking Archie gets this done!
- Goal #7: Strength train at least 2 times this week. Nope. I got in one strength training session over the 2 weeks.
- Goal #8: Pack for Disney. Yes!
- Goal #9: Finish sub plans. Yes!
