Here are my goals from last week!
- Goal #1: Run every day! Yep! I even ran at my sister's house in Dothan and then in Atlanta this weekend...just to keep my streak alive!
- Goal #2: Roll, stretch, and ice daily. 75%. I didn't ice as much this week. :-/
- Goal #3: Maintain my weight by logging my calories. As much as I could. It was a little trickier when I was in Atlanta this weekend but I tried my best to make good food choices.
- Goal #4: Unpack from Seaside. Yep!
Here are the goals I'm working on this week!
Goal #1: Run every day! I didn't do a long run last weekend so I definitely need a long run this weekend. I have more races coming up and gotta stay trained. And of course the plan is to keep on streaking! ;-)
Goal #2: Roll, stretch, and ice daily. Need to get back into the habit of icing and rolling daily.
Goal #3: Maintain my weight by logging my calories. I need to continue to log all my foods so I can maintain my weight. I've worked too hard to gain any of it back.
Goal #4: Write my Disney recaps. I know you are all anxiously awaiting the rest of my Disney recaps! The goal this week is to write as many as I can. Because then...I have the Seaside Half recap to write! Oy!
