Here are my goals from last week!
- Goal #1: Run every day! Yes!!! The #RRGRunStreak is still going strong!
- Goal #2: Roll and stretch daily. Yes!
- Goal #3: Maintain my weight by logging my calories. Yes! The scale hasn't changed!
- Goal #4: Fuel and hydrate for my race. Yes! I drank my water and definitely carbed up well!
- Goal #5: Pack for my race weekend. Yes! I got this done on Friday!
Here are the goals I'm working on this week!
Goal #1: Run every day! Yes I'm still going to run today even though I ran my half yesterday. I'm just going to try to run a little easier. I'm still loving the streak!
Goal #2: Roll and stretch daily. I especially need this after that fast half I ran!
Goal #3: Maintain my weight by logging my calories. I LOVE the size I am now and want to stay that way! I still need to hold myself accountable for the food choices I make.
Goal #4: Plan dinners for the week. I always do better when my meals are planned. Otherwise I get lazy and want to eat out or grab something quick.
