It's time for Fitness Friday! I'm excited to tell you all about my runs this week! Yes I am still streaking! What's pretty cool is that my runs in the beginning of the week were in Alabama and my runs the last part of the week were in California! When will I be able to say that again in my lifetime?
- Friday- #plankaday 1:00, 1 mile run
- Saturday- 6 mile run in 1:04:11 average pace 10:41
- Sunday- 2.25 mile run in 20:46 average pace 9:14
- Monday- #plankaday 1:05, 3.11 mile run in 29:13 average pace 9:24
- Tuesday- 1 mile run, flight to California!!!
- Wednesday- 1 mile run in Cali with my friend's dog Molly!!!
- Thursday- 3.11 mile run in 31:01 average pace 9:58
Weight loss this week: 1.1 lbs.
Weight loss total: 17.9 lbs.
It was a great week of running! I was able to run before my flight to California on Tuesday. I've also kept up the run streak here in California! It's beautiful here in California! The temperatures when I've been running have been in the high 50's to low 60's! But then it gets pretty hot! I haven't been planking though. I need to get back on that!
I'm super happy with the weight loss this week too! My goal while in Cali is to at least maintain my weight and not gain. But I feel like I've been doing pretty good so far. I've stayed under my calories since I've been here. I won't get to weight next week (don't want to be inconsistent and weigh on a different scale) but I'll weigh when I return home.
I probably won't run a long run while I'm here in Cali. I hope to run at least a 3 miler on the weekends.
