I'm also ready for some FOOTBALL! Tonight is the BCS Championship game and my Auburn Tigers are playing! I also like Florida State so it will be a win win for me tonight! :-)
It's been two weeks since I've done a Weekly Chase post. I'm ready to get back to the routine of creating weekly goals and telling you all about them! I'd love for you to join in and link up your weekly goals too!
Here are the goals I had two weeks ago and how I did with them!
- Goal #1: Run 2-3 times this week. Yes! I ran a 7 miler on Christmas Eve and then a 5K on Friday. Then I ran The Biggest Loser Half Marathon that Sunday!
- Goal #2: Roll and stretch daily; ice after each run. Yep!
- Goal #3: Hydrate and fuel for my 19th half marathon! Yes! I had a great race! I'll have the recap up this week!
- Goal #4: Have a Merry Christmas with my family! Yes! This one wasn't hard to accomplish! I had a wonderful Christmas! You can see snapshots of my Christmas in this post!
So here are my goals for this week!
Goal #1: Run at least once before I leave for Disney Marathon Weekend. I would like to get in a short run. Then I will be running a 10K on Friday and a Half Marathon on Saturday in Disney World!!!
Goal #2: Roll and stretch daily; ice after each run. I need to be sure to keep this up while I'm in Disney too!
Goal #3: Hydrate and fuel for Disney Marathon Weekend! I'm so excited! I will be running back to back races so I need to be sure I'm prepared! I need to be sure to rehydrate and refuel well after my first race so I'll be ready for the next day's race.
Goal #4: Pack for Disney Marathon Weekend. I love traveling but I hate packing! It will be a little tougher since I am running two races instead of just one!
Goal #5: Get blog posts written for when I'm out of town. I will still be updating my blog each day while I'm in Disney. So make sure to keep stopping by! :-)
That's it for this week! I have a busy next few days to get ready for Disney! But I am sooooo excited! Disney races are my absolute favorite races!
QOTD: What are your goals this week?
