This week the boys had another Cub Scout outing. All the scouts collected food for the Prodisee Pantry (the organization we ran the Turkey Trot for). We delivered the food to them on Tuesday night and helped them sort a little of it. I was so proud of my boys for participating in this!

Dr. Justin wanted me to run this week but only 2 miles instead of my normal 3 miles. I could feel the knee when I was running but it didn't hurt too bad. I never had to stop and stretch. The rest of that day it felt ok...it wasn't any sorer than usual. The hip was fine during the run...I never felt it. It was a little tight the rest of that day but I didn't really notice it. So hopefully we are making progress. It's super frustrating to be injured!
QOTD: How do you deal with injury? Do you get depressed? What was your best run or workout this week?
