Wednesday was just as busy with work, the boy's homework, and church and choir rehearsal that night. Not to mention I just HAD to watch the Big Brother finale! I ended up staying up way too late on a night I had to wake up at 5AM for a run! But I made it!

That was my week! I missed my #plankaday on Wednesday. I was so busy that I just forgot about it. :-( My hip started hurting a little this week...it seems like I have this same hip pain around this time every year. Hopefully it's not my new shoes causing the pain. I've been stretching and rolling like crazy hoping it is helping. Tomorrow I am running an 11 mile long run with the Sole2Soul Sisters! Hopefully my hip will cooperate!
