It's time for another Weekly Chase! I hope you will join in and link up with us this week!
- Goal #1: Run at least one mile every day. So I should have worded this goal differently. I meant to say I would run at least one mile every day until Thursday when the streak ended. I did do that. But Friday and Sunday I didn't run since I'm no longer streaking.
- Goal #2: Stretch and roll every day. Yes! I even did this on the days I didn't run! Yay! Gotta keep this up especially when full time training starts!
- Goal #3: Update my resume. No. Big time fail! I didn't even think about this goal the rest of the week! How awful is that?
- Goal #4: Work on St. Jude fundraising. Some. I ended up getting another donation (Thanks Sherra)!
So here's the plan for this week:
Goal #1: Run 4 times this week. I'm adding an extra day of running into my schedule. I loved streaking so much and found that the one mile runs were like speedwork. I'm going to add a day that I will run only 1 mile...at a fast pace.
Goal #2: Get in at least one walk each week for some cross training. One thing I loved about the streak was getting outside every day and being active. Walking the other day with my friend Rhonda was so enjoyable and a great way for me to cross train. I want to incorporate walks into my schedule....either by myself or with my family.
Goal #3: Update my resume. Yeah gotta do this one this week.
Goal #4: Register the boys for school. The school has changed the registration process this year and it's now all online. I love that but just need to sit down at the computer and do it (instead of blogging, reading blogs, etc.)!
Goal #5: Work on St. Jude fundraising. Yes this will be an ongoing goal until my goal is met. I'm $50 away from being at the halfway mark! Want to help me get there? You can donate HERE! :-)
Hopefully this week I will be a little more successful with my goals! I need to remember what they are each week and conquer them!!!
