Fitness Friday...March 15th Edition!

Hey everyone! It's Fitness Friday! Time for me to tell you about my runs and workouts this week! The first part of the week I was still recovering from my back to back weekends of half marathons. But by Tuesday I was ready to hit the pavement again! Here's how my week went!


  • Sunday- #plankaday 1:00
  • Monday- #plankaday 2:01
  • Tuesday- #plankaday 1:31, 3.11 mile run in 31:19 average pace 10:04

  • Wednesday- #plankaday 1:02
  • Thursday- #plankaday 1:13, 3.11 mile run in 33:11 average pace 10:40

  • Friday- #plankaday 1:00

So that was my week! I also subbed 3 days this week so I was busy! Tomorrow I am running 12 miles. My next half is April 7th so I need to be ready! I hope everyone has a great weekend!!!
