- Sunday- 1 mile recovery run on the beach
- Monday- #plankaday 1:02, 24 skull crushers, 70 pushups
- Tuesday- #plankaday 1:11, 24 skull crushers, 50 pushups, 3 mile run in 32:40 average pace 10:53
- Wednesday- #plankaday 1:12, 24 skull crushers, 50 pushups
- Thursday- #plankaday 1:02, 24 skull crushers, 50 pushups, 3 mile run in 34:02 average pace 11:20
- Friday- #plankaday 1:00, 24 skull crushers, 50 pushups
I tried to take it a little easy this week since I am supposed to be tapering. I can't wait to run the Rock 'n' Roll New Orleans Half Marathon on Sunday!!! It will be my third year running this race!
