Here are the slim to none workouts I did this week:
- Saturday- walked a few miles at the Expo and at Downtown Disney...that counts right?!
- Sunday- I ran 26.2 miles in the happiest place on earth!!!!
- Monday- I sat in a car all day traveling back home.
- Tuesday- #plankaday 1:00
- Wednesday- #plankaday 1:06
- Thursday- #plankaday
- Friday- #plankaday 1:00
I know that isn't much activity this week but I also know the importance of letting your body recover from a marathon. So that's been my focus this week.
