It's time for another Weekly Chase! Check out the amazing Melissa at Live, Love, and Run who started this and link up with us! Goals are so important and there's no better way to hold yourself accountable than telling all of us what your goals are!
Here are my goals from last week:
- Goal #1: Continue the Burpee Boom Challenge. CHECK! I even did my burpees while evacuated in Tennessee! Today is the LAST day of this challenge! Please make sure to send me your completed calendars by tomorrow night at 8PM CST so I can pick winners for the prizes! ;-)
- Goal #2: Stay safe from Hurricane Isaac. CHECK! This was definitely accomplished! We evacuated to Tennessee! We jumped the gun on that one and left a little early because the storm turned way west and it ended up only being rain and a little wind here. But we got a mini vacation out of it without the cost of the boys getting absences at school since school was canceled Monday-Wednesday. If you missed it I recapped our trip HERE.
This week's goals:
Goal #1: Deep clean my house. I need to do a thorough cleaning of this house! It's a mess! And with the boys at school during the day I have plenty of time to get this done!
Goal #2: Take my sub info to one more school. I had one of my teacher friends send me a message saying she had some half days throughout the school year that she would need to take and she would love for me to sub for her on those days!!! Yay!!! I have to get my name on her school's sub list first though.
Goal #3: Do 2-3 planned strength training workouts this week. I've got the time to go to the gym and workout...I need to take advantage of that and just do it! I've already decided that I am going to continue doing burpees plus my plank a day. I am going to make a plan for my workouts so I know what to do when I walk into the gym. I'm ready to be STRONG! ;-)
So that's it for the week! Pretty simple...hopefully!
