Got my mile in this morning for the #RWRunStreak! No pr today but still pretty fast for me! Today is the first day of summer and the summer solstice...the longest day of the year! I hope that you can get outside today and enjoy it...whether it be going for a run or just going outside to play with your kids...get moving!!!
