HILLS! Yikes!
Only had 6 of us running this morning...missed some great ladies! We still had fun though...we ran an easy pace for 1 mile and then did hill repeats the rest of the time. I do NOT like any type of speedwork but it felt pretty good this morning. We ended up running 2.58 miles in 26:57 at an average pace of 10:27.
