An Easy 2!

Ran an easy 2 this morning with some Sole2Soul Sisters that are running their first 5K Saturday. 2 was about all I wanted to do this morning...it was very very cold and very very windy! We ran 2 miles in 20:47 at an average pace of 10:23. I will say that I felt a little guilty for only running 2 miles though...but I wanted to support those ladies! I am so proud of them! I am VERY excited about Sole2Soul Sisters' FIRST race on Saturday! It has been a lot of work but well worth it!
