4 COOL Miles!
Yep...you heard me right! The weather was great this morning...cool and breezy! I was having an awesome run too! Just kept wanting to go faster and faster. I ran with Paige and Andrea. We ran 4 miles in 44:32 at an average pace of 11:08! And Paige sent me the data from her Garmin too! Check it out HERE!
