4 Miles!

Woke up about 15 minutes earlier this morning so that Katrina could run with us. She's the working girl so she has to be done at a certain time so she has time to get ready for work. We met at her house...it was me, Katrina, Jennifer, Laura, and my friend Paige who is a new runner. We ran a slower pace...not because Paige was with us but because we all wanted to! We ran 4 miles in 48 minutes and 3 seconds at an average pace of 12:00.
